Responsibilities: of the Technical Program Manager include: • Oversee end-to-end execution of complex manufacturing and hardware programs, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved. • Drive alignment across engineering, production, sourcing, quality, and customer stakeholders in a dynamic environment. • Evaluate risks, remove roadblocks, and facilitate critical business decisions to maintain program success. • Manage competing priorities between customers and internal teams while fostering productive working relationships. • Partner with global manufacturing organizations to support product launches, operational readiness, and ongoing production. Requirements of the Technical Program Manager include: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. • 4+ years of Program Management experience within hardware, manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial product environments. • Proven ability to thrive in high-chaos environments where priorities frequently shift and rapid decision-making is required. • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution capabilities. • Ability to travel 50-60% domestically during the first phase of employment and 10-20% internationally to manufacturing partners in Mexico and China.
