Overview
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Finance Data & Experiences (FD&E) organization and lead strategic finance transformation, reporting modernization, and data platform initiatives across Microsoft Finance.
In this role, you will define vision, shape strategy, influence investment decisions, and lead large-scale transformation programs that modernize financial reporting, automate business operations, and improve decision-making through advanced analytics, data platforms, and AI-driven solutions. You will work across Finance, Engineering, Data Platform, and Business Operations organizations to align stakeholders, drive organizational change, and deliver measurable business outcomes at scale. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, business and technical depth, strong executive communication skills, and the ability to influence across organizational boundaries. You will lead highly visible initiatives that improve operational effectiveness, simplify complex processes, and accelerate Microsofts finance transformation agenda.

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.
