    About the Role

A leading global trading firm is building the next generation of trader-facing tools, and we're looking for a Product Manager to help lead that effort. Technology is central to how we trade, and these applications aren't back-office support systems - they're the primary interface traders rely on all day, every day, to read the market, make decisions, and execute.

This position sits within a team focused on risk, pricing, valuation, and signal generation, right at the intersection of trading and engineering. You'll help reimagine how our tools work from the ground up - shaping workflows, visualizations, and interactions where speed and clarity are everything. Often, a single click or an extra second is the difference between capturing an opportunity and missing it, so your work will have immediate, measurable impact on trading performance.

You'll play a central role in a major reinvestment in our trading platform, with real ownership, high visibility, and the opportunity to define how traders interact with the market for years to come.

    What You'll Do

    • Partner closely with traders to understand their daily workflows, decision-making, and trading patterns
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to design, build, and iterate on high-performance GUIs
    • Translate trader insights and business needs into clear product goals, priorities, and requirements
    • Own initiatives end to end - from problem definition and scoping through delivery, iteration, and adoption
    • Obsess over workflow efficiency, knowing that every click, keystroke, and visual element counts
    • Spot opportunities to reuse common patterns and tools across desks, while knowing when it makes sense to diverge
    • Communicate product direction, priorities, risks, and progress clearly across trading, engineering, and adjacent teams
    • Surface dependencies and risks early - catch them before they become blockers
