Job Summary: Change Management Lead - Digital Transformation (Remote)
About the Role
Join Lockheed Martin as a Change Management Lead and play a pivotal role in our 1LMX digital transformation journey. Drive impactful change across the organization, collaborating with leaders at all levels to enable smooth adoption of new tools and processes. Make a difference supporting mission-critical operations in a dynamic, agile, and innovation-focused environment. This is a fully remote position with approximately 25% travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Lead change impact and stakeholder analyses to inform strategy and execution
- Develop and implement actionable change management and stakeholder engagement plans
- Design, deploy, and analyze surveys to capture user feedback and measure adoption
- Create and deliver compelling training sessions and materials based on feedback and organizational needs
- Craft clear, engaging communications for diverse audiences, from executives to end-users
- Develop presentations, talking points, and executive briefings to ensure alignment
- Foster collaboration across teams, proactively managing project timelines and deliverables
- Champion the creation and growth of product brand/identity within the transformation program
Required Skills and Experience
- 4-8 years of hands-on experience in organizational change management
- Proven expertise with ADKAR methodologies and PROSCI certification
- Strong background in change impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, and survey design/deployment
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver instructor-led and web-based training
- Advanced communication and writing skills; adept at simplifying technical concepts for all audiences
- Proficiency with digital adoption platforms (Captivate, Enable Now, WalkMe)
- Experience in executive briefing and meeting facilitation
- Leadership Development Program graduate

- Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects
