About the Role
Join a dynamic Talent Acquisition team as a Technical/Professional Sourcer/Recruiter and make a direct impact on building the future workforce of software, systems, and aeronautical engineering talent. In this hands-on, high-volume sourcing role, you'll proactively identify, engage, and nurture both active and passive candidates, delivering qualified talent pipelines to support immediate and future hiring needs. Thrive in a fast-paced environment where your market insights, networking skills, and sourcing strategies will drive critical hiring outcomes across multiple engineering disciplines and U.S. locations.
Responsibilities
- Drive high-volume, multi-channel sourcing initiatives to supply strong candidate pipelines for engineering roles.
- Simultaneously manage multiple sourcing priorities, adapting to business needs, workforce plans, and requisition demands.
- Identify, engage, and qualify candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean search, CRM/ATS, referrals, and professional communities.
- Build and maintain segmented talent communities within Eightfold, aligning with skills, market, and business needs.
- Ensure accurate data management of candidates and pipelines within ATS and CRM platforms.
- Analyze sourcing metrics and KPIs to optimize pipeline health and performance.
- Monitor and address pipeline gaps to ensure talent readiness for current and future hiring.
- Support accelerated sourcing campaigns and hiring initiatives across several U.S. sites.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements and talent profiles.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in corporate Talent Acquisition or large-scale recruiting, focused on sourcing/recruiting.
- Proven ability to source candidates in high-volume environments, managing multiple pipelines and priorities.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Networks, SeekOut, or similar sourcing tools.
- Strong Boolean search capabilities and experience engaging passive candidates.
- Proficiency in managing pipelines and data within ATS and/or CRM platforms.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, thriving in fast-paced recruiting environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience sourcing engineering and specialized talent across multiple U.S. markets.
- Track record of building proactive talent pipelines or communities ahead of hiring needs.
- Familiarity with Eightfold, SAP SuccessFactors, or comparable enterprise talent platforms.
- Exposure to talent intelligence, labor market analysis, and compensation benchmarking tools.
- Understanding of recruitment marketing, candidate engagement, and employer branding strategies.
- Experience leveraging sourcing metrics and recruiting data for process improvement.
