[Responsibilities]
- Execute full life cycle recruiting for Engineering and Technology roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to offer
- Build and manage robust candidate pipelines, delivering qualified talent to hiring leaders efficiently
- Develop and implement customized recruiting strategies in partnership with hiring managers, HR business partners, and cross-functional teams
- Promote Lockheed Martin Aeronautics' employer brand and unique career value proposition to attract high-caliber candidates
- Advise hiring teams on candidate evaluation, selection, and offer processes to ensure best-fit placements
- Negotiate competitive offers, emphasizing career development paths, benefits, and company culture
- Maintain compliance by utilizing applicant tracking systems and adhering to hiring policies
- Leverage Microsoft Office and other tools to manage recruiting processes and reporting
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the recruiting function
[Required Skills and Experience]
- 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience focused on Department of Defense (DOD) roles
- 3-5 years utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) for candidate management
- Proven track record of success in a fully remote recruiting environment
