This is a 100% sourcing-focused role, ideal for professionals with a passion for identifying and engaging passive candidates through AI-powered platforms, social media, and advanced sourcing strategies. You will play a pivotal part in strengthening our employer brand and ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
[Responsibilities]
- Leverage Eightfold and social media tools to identify, engage, and pipeline top passive talent for specialized roles
- Deliver qualified candidate pools to hiring manager queues, ensuring seamless handoff for further recruitment steps
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of sourcing, branding, and marketing initiatives to demonstrate ROI
- Drive Lockheed Martin's brand awareness through targeted outreach and communication of our candidate value proposition
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for efficient reporting, documentation, and communication
- Execute additional sourcing duties as assigned to support business goals
[Required Skills and Experience]
- 3-5 years of Department of Defense (DOD) sourcing experience
- 3-5 years of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) candidate tracking experience
- Proven track record of success in a fully remote sourcing role
- Expertise in talent pipeline development and passive candidate engagement
[Preferred Skills]
- Experience with AI-driven recruiting tools
- Previous experience working at Lockheed Martin or within similar environments
