[Responsibilities]
- Design, configure, and maintain Jira Structures to deliver real-time performance metrics
- Build and automate advanced Excel reports with pivot tables for resource utilization, risk tracking, and variance analysis
- Analyze large-scale Jira and IMS data to produce concise, data-driven status reports, forecasts, and executive summaries
- Develop automated monitoring tools to proactively flag schedule slippage, resource bottlenecks, and quality deviations
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, coaching teams in Scrum best practices
- Serve as the primary liaison between Scrum teams and project management stakeholders
- Continuously streamline Scrum and reporting workflows using data analytics to boost productivity and transparency
[Required Skills and Experience]
- Minimum 15 years' experience as a Project Manager with advanced Scrum Master responsibilities
- Demonstrated expertise in Jira Structures and large-scale data analysis
- Advanced Excel skills, including automation, pivot tables, and data visualization
- Proven ability to translate technical metrics into strategic business insights
- Strong leadership in Agile ceremonies and team coaching
[Preferred Skills]
- Experience with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) data
- Background in executive-level reporting and business forecasting
- Proficiency in developing automated project monitoring mechanisms
