In this vital position, you'll play a key role in supporting production by ensuring accurate inventory, efficient material flow, and seamless coordination between internal teams and suppliers. [Responsibilities]
- Receive, store, and move parts, maintaining accurate inventory records
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and storage locations for inventory integrity
- Perform routine cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies promptly
- Log and update data using basic Excel functions, ensuring error-free documentation
- Assist with material coordination and planning through the MRP system
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve issues
- Support regular material-handling activities as needed to maintain production readiness
[Required Skills and Experience]
- Proven attention to detail in inventory, stockroom, or material-handling environments
- Comfortable with basic Excel use for data entry, sorting, filtering, and maintaining logs
