Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end sourcing process for highly technical and cleared roles, focusing on national security and aerospace talent.
- Engage and build relationships with candidates through advanced sourcing techniques and expert negotiation.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand critical needs and deliver top-tier talent solutions.
- Manage a high-volume requisition load, delivering quality results under tight deadlines.
- Navigate complex compliance and security clearance requirements while maintaining candidate engagement and experience.
- Utilize Eightfold, SAP, and other advanced sourcing platforms to maximize candidate pipelines and data-driven hiring.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously refine sourcing strategies for high-demand technical environments.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of corporate sourcing experience, with a focus on highly cleared national security and technical roles.
- Proven track record in aerospace or technology talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Experience managing high requisition loads with quick turnaround.
- Strong client engagement, communication, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of compliance and security clearance processes.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in the aerospace sector.
- Proficiency with Eightfold and SAP platforms.
