Job Summary: Technical/Professional - Buyer/Procurement Analyst (Orlando, FL)

Join the dynamic SEMAC organization as an experienced Buyer/Procurement Analyst supporting multiple MFC programs across diverse locations. Drive successful acquisition of specialized materials and electrical hardware, playing a key role in Department of Defense (DoD) program execution. [Responsibilities]
- Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for moderate-to-high-risk subcontracts.
- Develop and administer subcontract specifications, statements of work, and contractual terms for specialized materials and services.
- Prepare and issue bid packages, lead bidders' conferences, and establish evaluation criteria.
- Analyze and evaluate supplier proposals for compliance, pricing, and performance.
- Negotiate, recommend, and finalize subcontractor selection and contract awards.
- Oversee purchase order documentation, invoice reconciliation, and contract modifications.
- Collaborate closely with program teams and cross-functional business partners.
- Maintain compliance with FAR/DFARs for government purchasing.
- Handle high-volume purchase requisitions and manage complex commodities sourcing.
[Required Skills and Experience]
- Minimum 10 years of procurement, buying, or supply chain experience.
- Demonstrated expertise with SAP procurement modules.
- In-depth experience with FAR/DFARs purchasing, particularly for electrical components.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and contract management skills.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex commodities in a fast-paced environment.
[Preferred Skills]
- Previous government purchasing experience, especially supporting USG munitions ramp.
- Advanced capability in supplier research and sourcing within regulated industries.
