Schneider Electric is accelerating the digital transformation of its global Services business, and we are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner (TPO) to help define and deliver the next generation of Service Management capabilities across the enterprise.
As part of Schneider Electric's Enterprise IT organization, you will serve as the technical owner for the Services domain, partnering with Product Management, Solution Architects, development teams, and strategic implementation partners to drive business transformation through modern SAP and Salesforce-based solutions. This role sits at the center of a major multi-year Service Management transformation program that is currently moving from design into build, with pilot deployments, global rollouts, and platform modernization initiatives already underway.
This is an opportunity to own a critical business domain, influence solution architecture and roadmap decisions, and help shape how Schneider Electric delivers service operations at scale. You will work across complex ERP landscapes, guide implementation partners, support Agile delivery teams, and ensure that solutions align with both business objectives and enterprise technology strategy.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 142,400 - USD 213,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
