Technical Product Owner

Location: New Brunswick, NJ (Onsite 2-3 days in a MONTH)
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: December 31, 2025 (with good chances of extension)
Rate $80/hr

Role Overview: Pharmaceutical Corp. is seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to join our Privacy team, focusing on the Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) module. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in the privacy domain and a strong understanding of privacy regulations and compliance. A OneTrust certification is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Product Owner skills (develop roadmap with the business stakeholders, create product goals and strategy, develop and measure KPIs etc., work with the product technical teams on implementation etc.)
• Product Analyst skills (requirement documentation, analysis etc.)
• PM skills (develop project plans, communicate tasks/subtasks, develop and adhere to project timelines, provide statuses to the project mgmt teams)
• Requirements gathering
• Well-versed with Agile development methodology

Experience Level:

• Lead level (5-7 years)
• Previous experience with Privacy, specifically with DSAR process, is mandatory.

Certifications:

• OneTrust or any privacy certification is a plus, but not mandatory.

Soft Skills:

• Executive communication to report to the leadership

Work Environment:

• Hybrid, 2-3 times week on-site.
• Office in New Brunswick, JN
