    Job Description
    Key Activities

    -Develop and maintain project roadmaps, delivery plans, and integrated project schedules.

    -Manage feature backlogs, priorities, dependencies, and cross-team coordination across multiple workstreams.

    -Facilitate requirements gathering and ensure user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria are well-defined.

    -Drive execution with engineering, QA, business analysts, vendors, and business stakeholders.

    -Track milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, actions, assumptions, and decisions (IRAADs).

    -Escalate and resolve blockers, scope changes, and delivery risks.

    -Maintain leadership reporting, status updates, and program documentation.

    -Support organizational change management, communications, training, and rollout activities.

    -Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical solutions, and migration timelines.



    Required skills: -Strong product management, program management, and project management skills, particularly in large-scale transformation initiatives.

    -Ability to manage complex dependencies and coordinate across multiple teams and vendors.

    -Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level engagement.

    -Experience with Agile delivery, backlog management, and prioritization.

    -Ability to translate complex technical and business requirements into actionable work plans.

    -Strong risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making capabilities.

    -Familiarity with document composition, print and digital communications ecosystems, migration programs, and enterprise technology platforms.

    -Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Rally, Smartsheet, Aha!, and Microsoft Teams.

    -Worked with or in EngageOne, Quadient or other composition systems.
