The Team
The Worksite Technology team is expanding its investment in digital capabilities and platform modernization. You will work alongside engineers, architects, product owners, and vendor partners to transform the current ecosystem into a cloud-first, API-driven, event-enabled architecture.
This team is responsible for building and operating platforms that support Worksite products, with a strong focus on customer experience, resilience, and scalability.

The Minimum Qualifications
The Ideal Qualifications
Strong background in production support, incident management, and vendor-hosted platforms
Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Strong communication, ownership mindset, and execution discipline
Strong hands-on knowledge of:
Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
Event-driven systems and Kafka streaming
API design and integration patterns (REST, async messaging)
Frontend frameworks (React)
Rules engines (OpenL)
Batch processing and scheduling tools (Cron or equivalent)
Managed File Transfer (MFT)
AWS cloud services and cloud-native architectures
Experience with:
CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, and observability frameworks
Vendor-led delivery models and SLA governance
Financial Services, Insurance or regulated industry platforms
Supporting supplemental/worksite insurance products
Ability to:
Lead technical design discussions and influence architecture decisions
Balance product priorities with technical constraints and operational needs
Operate effectively in fast-paced, complex enterprise environments
Drive continuous improvement in system reliability and delivery practices
