Job Description

We are seeking a Productivity Services Technical Product Manager (Microsoft 365 Copilot) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in product management, Microsoft 365, software deployment, and data analysis and a proven ability to define product strategy, drive adoption, and deliver measurable outcomes across a large enterprise.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap for Microsoft 365 and Copilot within the Productivity Portfolio.
  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements across diverse user groups.
  • Deliver requirements documents with prioritized features and clear justification.
  • Drive enhancements and updates through the development lifecycle in coordination with engineering, supply chain, marketing, and support.
  • Ensure smooth execution for critical initiatives and maximize customer experience while meeting time-to-market goals.
  • Manage vendor interactions and partner with internal vendor management to support contract negotiations.
  • Perform product demos and orchestrate training to drive service adoption and proficiency.
  • Develop and manage core positioning and messaging across marketing media and campaigns.
  • Deliver monthly metrics including volumes, savings, expenses, and forecasts; ensure adoption forecasts are met.
  • Run beta and POC programs for early-stage products and features, including Copilot pilots.
  • Analyze costs and financial levers; set pricing to meet recovery and financial goals; propose budgets and secure funding.
  • Work with external third parties and monitor competitive and alternative products.
  • Deliver organized, impactful executive presentations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Identify, document, and track client requirements related to Microsoft 365 services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years as an Information Technology professional with 7+ years in Product Management.
  • Strong product management expertise across development, testing, deployment, and lifecycle processes.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365; familiarity with SCCM and software deployment practices.
  • Proficiency working with large datasets using Excel; SQL experience.
  • Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills with the ability to address technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated success defining, launching, and scaling enterprise products in high-volume environments.
  • Strong influencing, problem resolution, and cross-functional leadership without formal authority.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a highly regulated financial institution.
  • Product Management certification.
  • ITSM knowledge; Six Sigma knowledge or achievement.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Agile ways of working.

Work Setting

Onsite required. Locations include Charlotte, NC (NC1-025-05-23), Kennesaw, GA (GA9-080-02-14), and Jacksonville, FL (FL9-600-2C-00). ASAP start.
