There is one immediate openings for the position of: Technical Product Manager Rate of Pay: $97,000 - $102,000 Working Hours: Varies Duties: - Define, articulate, and manage the product vision and requirements to ensure alignment with company objectives and market opportunities
- Analyze product usage data, customer feedback, and competitive software solutions to identify technical feature gaps and system improvements and to inform the enterprise product roadmap.
- Partner with software engineering, product development, design, operations, and management teams to drive joint planning, execution and success within the allotted timeline and budget
- Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch iteration, identify areas for optimization, and drive continuous improvement.
- Assist with the development of new features and products, accounting for potential impact on key business and product metrics
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer workflows, challenges, and goals through structured user research, including interviews, surveys, data analysis, and feedback channels
- Translate customer insights and business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria) for engineering teams
- Collaborate closely with User Experience (UX)/User Interface (UI) designers to ensure an intuitive, elegant, and highly performant user experience that drives engagement and satisfaction
- Act as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for product area, answering questions and providing clarity to development teams
- Communicate product plans, progress, outcomes, and project status—including risks—to all levels of the organization, from executive leadership to individual contributors, as well as to customers and other key stakeholders
- Deliver technical support and guidance to customers on product functionality, configuration, and usage, ensuring a high level of service quality and user satisfaction
- Work with management and marketing teams to ensure that products and services meet customers’ current and future needs
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, conduct sprint planning, and participate in daily stand-ups, ensuring alignment with overall product goals
Requirements: Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a closely related technical field.
