Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of strategic product initiatives, from project initiation through execution and launch. The ideal candidate will have strong program management, product lifecycle management, and commercial banking experience, along with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver against business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Initiation & Planning

• Lead project initiation, requirements gathering, and stakeholder alignment.

• Drive high-level solution architecture, design, and sizing to establish effective delivery plans.

• Develop and maintain detailed delivery roadmaps, milestones, and timelines.

2. Execution & Tracking

• Track delivery progress, identify risks, challenges, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Maintain Jira hygiene, including accurate ticket creation, updates, and closure.

• Manage dependencies across cross-functional and external teams to ensure seamless execution.

• Ensure delivery milestones are met in alignment with timelines and business objectives.

3. Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and business teams to drive delivery.

• Prepare regular status reports and executive updates covering progress, risks, and mitigation plans.

• Facilitate communication and alignment across stakeholders.

4. Risk & Go-to-Market Readiness

• Partner with risk management teams to ensure compliance and delivery readiness.

• Collaborate with Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to prepare for product launches and operational handover.

• Identify delivery risks proactively and coordinate mitigation plans.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in product delivery, project management, or technical program management.

• Strong understanding of solution architecture, design, and sizing methodologies.

• Experience with Jira and Agile delivery practices.

• Strong risk management and mitigation capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies and coordinate cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.

• Experience with risk management and GTM readiness processes is preferred.

• Experience in commercial banking and product lifecycle management.
