This role blends backlog management discipline with strategic planning and stakeholder communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Project Management expertise
- Senior Associate with 4 years of experience in IT
- 1 year of experience in Program Management
- Expertise in Project Management
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the team's Jira backlog, ensuring items are properly written, prioritized, labeled, and groomed
- Facilitate backlog refinement sessions with engineering and product stakeholders
- Partner with engineering leads and product owners to build and maintain roadmaps for product improvements
