This role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the technical elements for all projects for the Entertainment Division.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to display and live out Lead with Love qualities, strongly rooted in the Dollywood Company culture, by being patient, kind, trusting, unselfish, truthful, forgiving, dedicated and accountable.

Ability to tolerate show levels of sound in a theater environment
Ability to accommodate changes in schedules and assignments and relay changes to crews easily and
Ability to operate, program, and troubleshoot technical
High level of knowledge of electricity and network systems
Ability to operate and train the safe use of hand tools and power tools such as voltmeters, soldering irons, clamp on DMM, hand drills, electric saws, hammers, screw guns, wrenches, pliers, genie lifts, scissor lifts, ladders, etc.
Reading, writing, and math skills necessary to:
Read meters and console monitor
Diagram signal flow charts, lighting plots, patch sheets, for reference and
Understand related schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and manufacturer
Able to tolerate and have knowledge of commercial chemicals, e., cleaning solvents, adhesives, paints, lubricants, fog and hazer fluids
Ability to initiate inventory lists, bi-weekly maintenance logs, and monthly safety reports of related equipment
Ability and mobility to work on a variety of surfaces, i.e., carpet, wood, steel, and concrete while being able to bend, stoop, kneel, climb, lay, lift and carry
