JOB TITLE: Technical Motion Graphics Designer
LOCATION: Remote
DURATION: Through 12/31/26
RATE RANGE: $90-$95/hr

POSITION SUMMARY:

This team is transforming how marketing creative gets made by building a scalable, AI-native creative operating system that pairs craft with throughput. We are architecting a system of accelerated production methods, repeatable creative AI skills, and 1p tool integrations to augment our creatives across our client's brands.

This team is is hiring a Technical Motion Graphics Designer to lead the technical transformation from traditional brand motion assets & ad templates into scalable automated, repeatable processes. You will work with creative & production leads to identify repeatable parts of team s creative processes [i.e. batched edits, creative versioning, personalization, automating UI population, re-sizing assets] to ideate, build, and scale solutions that accelerate production output. Your expertise in both traditional motion design principles and creative coding will help bridge the gap between high craft creative and scaled content systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the development, refinements, & deployment of technical motion solutions across teams
  • Review brand motion systems / ad templates and build AE App scripts that enable automated scaled creative variants. If existing creative requires augmentation for ingestion, ideate design alternatives and present to creative leads for alignment
  • Utilize LLMs [Claude, Codex] via MPC to build easily accessible workflows for non-technical operators. Document workflows in easily to understand formats [G-decks or Figma] to onboard other teams into the way of working
  • Stay current with rapidly evolving GenAI tools, automation, and internal Meta tools to inform team workflows and system improvements.
  • Proactively test & integrate AI-powered tools and workflows (e.g., generative design, AI-driven animation, automated asset creation) to enhance creative output and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 8 years of motion graphics experience on video marketing assets and social video content in rapid paced deadline-driven environment
  • Experience working within a creative studio, agency or directly with creative teams
  • Proficiency in creative coding: API/MCP integrations, LLM agents orchestration
  • Expert knowledge of After Effects, current industry standard audio/video formats + codecs, and DAM systems, digital workflows with a deep understanding of how to organize and manage content
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI creative tools (Weavy, LTX Studio, Runway, or similar).

TECHNICAL SKILLS:


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3D animation tools (C4D, Blender) and custom node builds in ComfyUI

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate or annual salary only, unless otherwise stated.
