Job Summary
Seeking a Technical MES Lead / Manager to lead MES implementation and integration activities within a biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on MES expertise with a strong understanding of upstream or downstream bioprocess operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning, configuration, implementation and support of MES solutions.
• Translate manufacturing process requirements into MES workflows and electronic batch records.
• Provide technical guidance across upstream or downstream manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate MES integration with automation, enterprise and manufacturing systems.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Automation, IT and Quality teams.
• Support testing, validation, troubleshooting, deployment and operational readiness.
• Manage technical deliverables and guide project engineers and implementation partners.

Required Qualifications

• Senior-level experience leading MES projects in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Hands-on expertise with at least one leading MES platform: PAS-X, Syncade, PharmaSuite or Opcenter.
• Strong knowledge of upstream or downstream bioprocess operations.
• Experience translating manufacturing requirements into practical MES solutions.
• Working knowledge of GMP requirements and computerized system validation.
• Strong technical leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Skills:

MES implementation and configuration (PAS-X, Syncade, PharmaSuite, Opcenter), electronic batch records (EBR), upstream/downstream bioprocessing, MES integration with automation and manufacturing systems, GMP, computerized system validation (CSV), testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and technical project leadership in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
