The Engineering Marketing Manager drives and steer local INPs and technical Initiatives as well as support local Engineering teams. They will handle operational SW/service tasks and monitor market results per specifiable applications. The EMM shall also monitor local regulatory changes, competition moves (Technical solutions), and market trends, as well as understand local specifiers needs for engineering applications.
What You'll Bring
- Master's degree or above in Civil Engineering is required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical management role within a multinational building materials company or construction-related enterprise, and at least 5 years of professional experience in the construction engineering industry.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common business software applications
