Technical Lead / Technical BA (Planisware)

Roles/Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Break down project requirements into actionable tasks and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project budgets and ensure projects stay within allocated resources.

Technical Expertise:

• Possess a strong understanding of relevant technologies and software development processes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Stakeholder Management:

• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure project alignment.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
• Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively.
• Provide guidance and support to team members.

Qualifications/Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on technical projects.
• Strong technical understanding and knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Desired Skills

• Experience with specific technologies or software development platforms relevant to the company, specifically Planisware.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with risk management and mitigation.
