Technical Lead / Solution Architect

• Lead technical architecture and engineering activities for Refuge Results.  

• Analyze complex requirements and develop technical solutions and system architectures.  

• Define application, integration, data, cloud, and infrastructure architecture.  

• Lead technical design reviews and resolve complex technical issues.  

• Provide technical direction across application development, integration, and operations.  

• Support API, data-service, CI/CD, cloud, monitoring, and deployment architecture.  

• Ensure solutions address security, accessibility, performance, scalability, and maintainability.  

• Support technical coordination with Government technical stakeholders.  

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree.  

• 10+ years of related experience.  

• Enterprise systems engineering or solution architecture experience.  

• Experience designing complex application and integration architectures.  

• Experience with cloud environments and DevOps/CI/CD practices.  

• Experience with APIs, system interfaces, data flows, and enterprise applications.  

• Experience providing technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams.  

• Experience supporting Federal cybersecurity, privacy, and accessibility requirements.  

• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
