About the Role
Client IT is seeking a Technical Lead / Senior Engineer to drive enterprise Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot initiatives. This role focuses on delivering AI-driven automation solutions aligned with governance, security, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level Power Platform and Copilot programs
• Engage business stakeholders to understand and solve business problems
• Design scalable automation and AI solutions
• Provide technical leadership and governance
• Coordinate across global IT, business, and vendor teams

Technical Responsibilities

• Power Platform administration and governance
• Understanding of licensing, credit allocation, reporting, Dataverse knowledge, user and application user permissions, security matrix
• Environment management, DLP policies, Identity and access, Reporting,
• Power Automate development (flows, connectors, integrations, APIs)
• Copilot Studio agent development and end to end deployment
• Understanding of topics, tools, agent flows, evaluation, solutions and deployments in channels, security, analytics, prompt engineering
• AI enablement using Power Platform
• Agent orchestration within M365 and Agent 365
• Entra ID, Agent Identity, Blueprint, API permissions in Entra
• DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for Copilot Studio Agentic AI agents
• Copilot Studio Toolkit usage
• SharePoint and M365 integration
• Microsoft Purview, AI Security configuration for compliance, monitoring and observability (Desirable, not mandatory)

• Experience leading enterprise programs
• Strong coordination across teams
