Description

Position Overview:
  • Design, build, and configure applications using the SAP BTP Integration Suite to meet business process and application requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation related to application development.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications developed using the SAP BTP Integration Suite.
Essential Skills:
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP BTP/SAP CPI development, with a total of 4 to 10 years of IT experience.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the SAP BTP Cockpit for administrative controls.
  • Proven ability to design, build, and configure applications using the SAP BTP Integration Suite to meet business requirements.
  • Understanding of the BTP environment, including Cloud Foundry, ABAP, Kyma, Neo, and their respective use cases.
  • Strong knowledge of integrations with SAP, Salesforce, REST/SOAP web services, and database platforms, along with API monitoring skills.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP HANA integration.
  • Good understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and SAP Continuous Integration and Delivery.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable Skills:
  • Strong understanding of application development principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for applications developed using the SAP BTP Integration Suite.
Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the SAP BTP Integration Suite.
  • A strong educational background in computer science or a related field is preferred, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
  • Knowledge of ABAP programming is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of microservices, containerization, and serverless architectures using SAP BTP or other cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., SAP HANA, Java, Node.js, Python, SAPUI5) is an advantage.
Must Have:
  • Strong hands-on experience with the SAP BTP Integration Suite for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business requirements.
  • Proficiency in using the SAP BTP Cockpit for administrative controls.
  • In-depth knowledge of the SAP BTP environment, including Cloud Foundry, Kyma, Neo, and SAP HANA integration.
  • Ability to work with SAP HANA and perform integrations with both SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Expertise in integrating applications using REST and SOAP web services.
  • Solid experience with API monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and SAP Continuous Integration and Delivery.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, ideally SAP HANA, Java, Node.js, Python, or SAPUI5.
  • ABAP programming knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to applications developed with the SAP BTP Integration Suite.
  • Proven experience in integrating with SAP, Salesforce, and other systems, particularly focusing on business process automation and data synchronization.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Foundry and other cloud-native development tools and platforms.
  • Understanding of serverless architectures and containerization in a cloud environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions using the SAP BTP platform.
