Technical Lead - React

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in React.js and Node.js. The ideal candidate will lead application design and development, provide technical guidance to the engineering team, and build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of full-stack applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance frontend and backend solutions.
• Design and develop REST APIs and microservices.
• Define application architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
• Perform code reviews and mentor software engineers.
• Work closely with Product, Business, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Improve application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, estimations, and architecture reviews.
• Support automated testing and CI/CD practices.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
• Strong experience with Node.js.
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with Redux, Context API, or similar state-management frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive web design, and browser fundamentals.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Knowledge of frontend and application performance optimization.
• Experience with testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or similar.
• Experience with CI/CD and modern software development practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and technical leadership skills.
