Akkodis is seeking a Technical Lead for a Contract with a client in Raritan, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and securing SAP access governance processes, including user provisioning, role management, and compliance controls across enterprise SAP environments.
Rate Range: $60/hour to $64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Technical Lead Job Responsibilities include:
Configure, administer, and support SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG) solutions, including Access Requests, Risk Analysis, Access Certification, and governance workflows.
Design, implement, and maintain SAP security roles, authorizations, and role collections across SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SAP BTP, and related SAP applications.
Manage SAP BTP Security configurations, including IAS (Identity Authentication Service), IPS (Identity Provisioning Service), trust configurations, and user access controls.
Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, risk assessments, compliance monitoring, and remediation activities to ensure adherence to security policies and regulatory requirements.
Support user provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, audit requests, and troubleshooting security and authorization issues across SAP environments.
Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to implement secure access management practices, support governance initiatives, and maintain compliance across global SAP landscapes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related technical field. SAP Security, SAP GRC, or SAP BTP certifications are preferred.
10+ years of experience in SAP Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), and SAP authorization management within enterprise SAP environments.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG), SAP BTP Security, SAP GRC Access Control, IAS/IPS integrations, role design, user provisioning, and authorization management across SAP landscapes.
Proven expertise in Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, compliance monitoring, audit support, risk remediation, and securing SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, and cloud-based SAP environments while collaborating with global business and technical teams.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $64.00 per hour
