Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong programming background in one or more languages like .NET
- Experience with cloud architecture and AWS services
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and modern delivery pipelines
- Worked on AI/ML technologies and build applications
- Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions
- Provide technical direction and hands-on support to the engineering team
Roles & Responsibilities
- Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure high development standards
- Work with cloud platforms, especially AWS, to design and manage infrastructure
- Support DevOps practices such as CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and deployment
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Evaluate and integrate AI/ML tools and approaches where relevant
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
- Active participation in design discussions.
- Mentor team members and help grow technical capability within the team
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide root-cause analysis
- Resolving technical issues or fulfilling requirements from client side with team collaboration.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and scalability
Salary Range: $90,000 -$120,000 year
