Job Description

Lead the engineering, integration, modernization, and operational reliability of client's global physical security technology platforms. This role serves as a hands-on technical expert, partnering across Global Security, Enterprise Technology, Cybersecurity, and third-party providers to deliver scalable, resilient, and compliant solutions.

Qualification (8+ minimum years required)

• Strong IT/cybersecurity engineering background.
• Experience owning lifecycle delivery of enterprise applications or platforms, including partnering with
• architecture teams on technical design.
• Comfortable operating inside enterprise governance: change management, security/compliance policy
• alignment, IT/cyber best practices.
• Experience overseeing API/integration delivery: understands requirements and the dev process well enough to manage delivery, even without personally writing the code.
• Incident leadership: has driven root cause analysis on a major incident and can rally cross-team resources under pressure.
• Consultative, cross-functional style. This is not a people-management role.
• Who advises and helps implement, not someone who waits for orders or tries to make decisions for him.

Nice to Have:

• Direct physical security technology exposure. Any platform counts (Genetec or comparable), not Genetec specifically.
• Financial-services or other regulated-industry background.
