Job Title: Technical Team Lead Designation: Technical Lead Location: Mph- Client Site, Texas, US Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of innovative software solutions, with a focus on integrating AI copilot capabilities. This role requires a strong foundation in .Net Fullstack development and a passion for leveraging AI technologies to enhance user experiences. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Design, develop, and implement software applications using .Net Fullstack technologies. Integrate AI copilot functionalities into existing and new applications to improve efficiency and user engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure code quality through regular code reviews and adherence to best practices. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively to meet project goals. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, particularly in AI and software development. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members. Mandatory Skills: Proficiency in .Net Fullstack development, including ASP.NET, C#, and front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in software development. Experience with database management systems, including SQL Server or similar. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of UX/UI design principles. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering successful software projects. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to adapt to changing technologies and learn new skills quickly.
