Summary: This role blends hands-on leadership with solution architecture, supporting a transition from a stable .NET/SQL Server environment to a cloud-native, microservices-based ecosystem. The Technical Lead will lead end-to-end solution design, mentor engineers, and ensure high-quality delivery across distributed systems, APIs, and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong architectural expertise, a delivery mindset, and experience modernizing legacy applications.
