Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Experienced with large, global projects and is responsible for the overall quality of delivery on the assigned project.

Complete life cycle implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) on Siemens OpCenter (earlier Camstar)

Experience in Solution Architecture, Camstar Designer and CIO

Experience in Camstar Upgrade

Experience in leading the requirements definition and MES implementation of the Factory Model

Domain experience in Life Science

Knowledge of interfaces with the Camstar MES application and external applications like ERP, LIMS, Equipment, HMI etc.

Should have a fair understanding of computer system validations process.

Knowledge of SQL,

Roles & Responsibilities

The individual will function as Solution Architect and responsible to Upgrade Plans, Design, Code and Develop CIO Maps and Workflows

An important skill required is the ability to understand the user requirements and processes.

She/he will be responsible for the overall site implementation of Camstar

Responsible to distribute the work within team members.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Good communication skills, adaptable, fast learner, committed and driven to set and achieve team goals

Good leadership abilities; able to coordinate and direct phases of project based efforts while supervising, motivating and leading project teams

Must possess excellent ability to facilitate effective communication.

Good Team skill.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $160,000 a year
