Role Summary: Reporting to the Location Manager, the Technical Inside Sales Representative shall have a clear understanding of the components of the products and the ability to demonstrate how they work. Responsibilities will include understanding the customers' application and recommending products and solutions for their needs. The person in this role should be knowledgeable about our competing products and should have the ability to break down technical terminology to non-technical clients. To be a successful Technical Inside Sales Representative, you should be able to develop an excellent rapport with existing customers, source new clients, and work closely with our vendors.

What you'll need:
Work Experience: 3 years' of industrial sales experience
Education: Bachelor's or technical degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience
Analytical/Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to read, analyze and interpret technical documents and bid specifications
Organization Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed; ability to work in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment
Cross-functional skills: Ability to work well cross-functionally; provides excellent internal and external customer service
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal communications, problem solving, organizational and written/verbal communication skills
