    Technical Implementation Manager

    Location: New York

    Responsibilities

    Drive integration of the infrastructure by designing the solution, coordinating pilot

    programs, implementing the product, and onboarding new customers.

    Support the technical design process by participating in the analysis of technical

    applications, key milestones, and Partner ecosystem requirements.

    Lead customer platform integrations and optimize integration timelines.

    Lead and participate in troubleshooting exercises for clients.

    Assist in the deployment process for client implementations.

    Meet with prospective partner platforms to understand the working capital product and

    UX flow they are looking to achieve.

    Understand the data available at the platform level and architect the correct solution.

    Define a mutual action plan for partner platforms.

    Walk partner platforms through the documentation, API via Postman, and solution design

    documents.

    Synthesize feedback from users to produce insights for product and engineering to

    optimize the user experience.

    Define and build the operational infrastructure needed to effectively manage, grow, and

    optimize the Implementation team.

    Define KPIs and OKRs for the client success team.

    Build and lead a high-performing team.

    The ideal candidate

    4- 9 years experience as an Implementation Engineer, Technical Implementation Lead, or

    Software Engineer with front-end and back-end experience; or experience in a similar

    role with exposure to the challenges of deploying and testing integrations with large

    enterprises.

    1 - 3 years of software engineering/QA experience is mandatory

    Exposure to financial services and a robust understanding of various lending and trade

    finance products.

    Exposure to API-first products and understanding of how to successfully implement an

    API-first infrastructure via sales-enablement tools and Postman.

    Comfortable interfacing with tech leads from partner platforms during the

    implementation process and able to discuss the technical aspects during those

    conversations.

    Bachelor's degree or masters degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. CS, technology,

    engineering, math, business, or economics).

    Experience in FinTech is mandatory
