Job
Coordinates and implements the technical execution of high-profile digital projects, including Next Best Engagement campaigns. Oversee all aspects of back-office implementation including campaign set up in Google Ad Manager and other proprietary tools. Will be expected to work cross-functionally to ensure that technical implementation is standardized, supporting the goals of our clients.
General Accountabilities
Build & implementation of custom and MLR approved content and campaigns.
Build & implementation of Next Best Engagement (NBE) Campaigns.
Interpreting client Business Requirement Documents, building customer journeys & creating QA plans to derisk errors at launch.
Works cross-functionally with Account Management team to monitor and ensure timely, accurate delivery of technical client deliverables, and maintaining high client satisfaction.
Works cross-functionally to implement solutions for more efficient execution approaches.
Provides operational guidance to internal stakeholders as a Google Ad Manager and bespoke implementation tools subject matter expert.
Identify new product operational process gaps to formalize strategy and lead internal teams to create solutions for standardization.
Follow product specification and SOP documentation for the custom and MLR approved product suite.
Job Qualifications
Education: Bachelor s degree
Experience: 3-5 years of technical or back-office support for digital advertising campaigns
Skills
HTML and CSS knowledge, with the ability to create and/or modify custom creatives within Ad tools
Proficient across Microsoft Office Suite Products and Google Ad Manager
Experience with Iterable or a similar marketing automation/customer engagement platform is a plus
Experience building customer journeys, including audience segmentation, triggers, decision logic, and multi-channel orchestration
Ability to translate business requirements into technical campaign and journey configurations
Strong campaign QA skills, including audience eligibility, personalization, and end-to-end testing
Industry experience working with organizations in the Publishing, Media, Health Care or Pharmaceutical areas is a plus
Excellent time management skills
Detail oriented and highly organized multitasker
