    HiFyve is hiring a Technical Field Service Engineer based in the U.S.


    Applicants can live anywhere, must possess a valid passport and TWIC card for domestic and international travel.


    Salary: $90k to $110K Annually + OT (non-exempt role)

    Schedule: Work Schedule Pending Travel Demands

    Location: Based Remotely, Travel across U.S. and Canada


    Job Duties and Responsibilities:


    • Supervise and execute installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of rotational and turbo machinery.
    • Lead field service teams, up to 20 people, and ensure projects meet safety, environmental, and quality standards.
    • Analyze and resolve technical issues, collecting and reporting data to improve performance and reliability.
    • Advise customers on operational best practices, maintenance programs, and spare parts planning.
    • Perform vibration diagnostics, technical assessments, and customer training.
    • Collaborate across teams, including engineering, field service, and aftermarket sales.



    Education Requirements:


    • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering


    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


    • MUST be flexible for travel between U.S. and Canada for up to 90 days at a time
    • Valid Passport or ability to obtain a Passport
    • TWIC Card Required
    • Minimum 10+ years hands-on experience with Steam Turbines and Compressors
    • Customer Experience Mindset to drive external solutions forward
    • Advanced supervisory skills and ability to lead large, complex field projects.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
    • Ability to train others and lead technical discussions.
    • Experience working with international teams and contractors.
