JOB DESCRIPTION: The Watertown Unified School District School District is seeking qualified candidates to fill an opening for a middle school technology education teacher beginning with the 2024-2025 school year. Candidates must have a strong background with a variety of instructional strategies to develop and maintain the technology education courses and programs.
Areas of expertise should include: technology and engineering applications, CAD, manufacturing, and building trades/woodworking and construction. Strong collaboration and organizational skills are essential qualities for this position. PLTW certification is preferred, but not required.

The Watertown School District has an enrollment of approximately 3,000 students taught in seven buildings. RMS provides excellent educational services to 649 students through the dedicated work of 88 staff members. RMS provides an extensive curriculum for the students, as well as an array of athletic, non-athletic, and academic co-curricular activities for students.
THE COMMUNITY: The Watertown community has 24,000 residents and is located on the Rock River approximately halfway between Madison and Milwaukee, at the junction of Highways 16, 19, and 26.
