As our new Technical Education Manager, you'll own and lead all NALA training efforts and become the effective face of Analog Way for many of our customers and end-users. You'll inherit a highly regarded program and continue growing it.

    • Schedule, develop, and deliver on-site custom product training for key accounts.
    • Schedule, develop, and deliver educational sessions at road shows and trade shows (e.g., InfoComm).
    • Schedule, develop, and deliver on-demand virtual product training to customers.
    • Organize and deliver general education and product training webinars.
    • Maintain online courses and eLearning material.
    • Record, edit, and generally produce short video tutorials.
    • Assist Regional Sales Managers with product demos and pre-sale discussions.
    • Maintain and strive to improve the Academy classroom, labs, and overall physical space.
    • Coordinate long-term NALA Academy initiatives with EMEA and APAC training managers to align with global training strategies.
    • Track and report Academy metrics to NALA and global leadership.
    • Create and defend the annual Academy budget.

    • Strong understanding of video signals, bandwidth, and video signal processing.
    • Experience designing and delivering technical training or certification programs.
    • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible instruction for varied audiences.
    • Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with comfort in both classroom and trade show settings.
    • Experience supporting sales teams through product demonstrations or pre-sale technical discussions.
    • Video production experience: recording, editing, and producing tutorial or training content.
    • Proficiency with eLearning authoring or course management tools.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and self-direct.
