Our client is a boutique NYC architecture and design firm specializing in sophisticated, high-end luxury hospitality projects. The firm offers an opportunity to work closely with a talented design team on highly detailed, design-driven interiors.
Description:
Our client is seeking a Technical Drafter with strong AutoCAD skills to support the development of luxury hospitality projects. The role will focus heavily on architectural drafting, detailed elevations, millwork, cabinetry, and interior detailing, with the opportunity to contribute to projects from design development through documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, an understanding of architectural and interior construction, and the ability to translate design concepts into accurate, well-coordinated drawings. Hospitality experience is a major plus, particularly experience with high-end interiors, custom millwork, and detailed architectural elements. SketchUp skills are also important for developing and communicating design concepts.
Required:
• Strong AutoCAD skills
• SketchUp
• Experience with architectural drafting, elevations, detailing, and millwork
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Hospitality experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Education:
Bachelor of Architecture, Interior Design, or related design degree

$45–$55/hour

Schedule:
Monday–Thursday in office; Friday work from home
