Role Overview
We are looking for a Manager based in the United States to manage integration delivery on a data lineage and process optimization engagement for a consumer electronics client. Reporting to the engagement Senior Manager, this role will direct the client development team in building EDI and API integrations to the functional specifications written by the supply chain planning team. They will also make sure each external partner, including contract manufacturers, suppliers, 3PLs, carriers, and retail/channel partners, understands what they need to build on their side and stays on track to deliver it. This role works in partnership with a Malaysia-based Integration Delivery Manager, with partner ownership divided between the two by region and time zone.
The ideal candidate has hands-on integration delivery experience in consumer electronics or high-tech supply chains and a working knowledge of the end-to-end supply chain. They should know EDI standards (ANSI X12 and EDIFACT) and common supply chain transactions such as purchase orders, acknowledgments, advance ship notices, invoices, warehouse orders, load tenders, and shipment status, as well as REST APIs, connectivity methods (e.g., AS2, SFTP, VANs), and integration platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud.
They should be comfortable directing a development team they do not formally manage, working through technical details with developers and partner IT teams, and keeping many parallel partner workstreams organized and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Integration Build Management
" Direct the client development team day to day through the build of EDI and API integrations defined in the functional specifications, between internal systems (o9, Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, OTM) and with external partners.
" Maintain the integration backlog and build sequence based on priorities agreed with the Senior Manager, partner readiness, and dependencies on o9 and Oracle configuration.
" Plan sprints and releases with the development leads, track progress against the plan, and resolve blockers, escalating to the Senior Manager when needed.
" Participate in technical design reviews covering message formats, protocols, middleware, security, and monitoring, and check that each build meets the specification for data mappings, transformation rules, frequency, error handling, and validation logic.

Specification Handoff and Clarification
" Coordinate specification handoff sessions between the supply chain planning team and the development team so developers fully understand each integration before build starts.
" Manage the functional question log between the development team and the supply chain planning team, who remain the authority on functional decisions, and follow up until each question is resolved.
" Log specification change requests during build and testing, assess their effect on effort, timeline, and partner commitments, and bring them to the Senior Manager for decision.

External Partner Onboarding and Alignment
" Prepare a partner-facing integration package for each external partner, including EDI implementation guides, API documentation, field-level mappings, connectivity and security requirements, testing approach, and timeline.
" Lead kickoff and technical walkthrough sessions with each partner s IT team, and confirm in writing that they understand what they need to develop and by when.
" Track each partner s development and readiness against the plan, answer their questions and close gaps quickly, and raise partners at risk of missing milestones to the Senior Manager.

Testing and Partner Certification
" Plan and coordinate connectivity testing, partner testing, and end-to-end testing through o9, Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, and OTM.
" Apply the agreed entry and exit criteria for each test phase, manage defect triage across the development team and partners, and collect partner certification sign-off before go-live.

Deployment and Hypercare
" Develop the integration cutover plan and partner go-live sequence for Senior Manager approval, aligned to the overall engagement cutover plan.
" Confirm that monitoring, alerting, and error-handling runbooks are in place, coordinate hypercare for integrations, and hand over support to the client integration support team.

Workstream, Client, and Partner Coordination
" Provide day-to-day direction and feedback to the client development leads and review their work against quality standards.
" Build strong working relationships with client IT and platform teams and with the IT contacts at each external partner.
" Coordinate closely with the Malaysia-based Integration Delivery Manager on shared plans, partner assignments, development team priorities, and handoffs across time zones.
" Track integration workstream timeline, risks, and issues, and contribute integration updates to engagement status reporting and executive readouts.
