Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Project Leadership.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of cloud infrastructure and application support programs.
  • Manage multiple workstreams including CloudOps Infra Operations Database Services DevSecOps SRE and Command Center.
  • Develop project plans transition roadmaps milestones dependencies and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure successful execution of transition onboarding knowledge acquisition reverse shadow and golive activities.
  • Lead governance reviews steering committee meetings and executive reporting.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management.
  • Oversee enterprise scale Azure and hybrid infrastructure operations.
  • Coordinate cloud modernization migration automation HADR resiliency and observability initiatives.
  • Drive operational improvements through Infrastructure as Code automation and process standardization.
  • Ensure infrastructure availability performance security compliance and capacity management.
  • Infra and application Operations.
  • Manage support and operational readiness for insurance domain applications.
  • Coordinate L1 L2 and L3 support teams for business critical platforms.
  • Ensure adherence to SLA OLA regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Drive root cause analysis problem management and operational excellence.
  • Command Centre Service Management.
  • Lead 24x7 Command Centre operations monitoring services and incident governance.
  • Oversee Major Incident Management MIM Problem Management Change Management and Service Reviews.
  • Manage operational dashboards management escalation matrices and service reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing operational risk and improving service stability.
  • Ensure effective collaboration across support towers and stakeholder groups.
  • Command centre responsibilities commonly include monitoring incident triage management and escalation for operational continuity.
  • Manage large offshore teams across multiple technology towers.
  • Drive resource planning onboarding skill development succession planning and team utilization.
  • Establish governance processes shift operations service readiness and operational controls.
  • Work closely with customer stakeholders' onsite team's vendors and third-party partners.
  • Governance Stakeholder Management.
  • Interface with executive leadership customer IT leadership application owners and business stakeholders.
  • Present operational health risks mitigation plans and transformation opportunities.
  • Manage project financials resource forecasts budgets and utilization metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with audit security and regulatory requirements.

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
