Role Summary
The Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for driving the successful execution of complex, cross platform technology initiatives spanning web, mobile, and cloud based systems. This individual plays a critical role in aligning product vision with technical delivery while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at a high level of quality.
In this role, you will lead delivery efforts across React web applications, React Native mobile apps, and backend services by coordinating cross functional teams and managing dependencies. You will translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans while proactively managing risks, ensuring alignment with architecture standards, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Own end to end delivery of complex initiatives across web, mobile, and backend systems
Lead coordination across engineering, product, UX, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure aligned execution
Translate business and product requirements into detailed delivery plans, milestones, and roadmaps
Manage cross team dependencies, risks, and trade offs across multiple workstreams
Ensure solutions align with architectural standards, scalability requirements, and platform strategy
Oversee delivery of API driven and microservices based solutions using REST and GraphQL
Facilitate Agile ceremonies to support planning, execution, and continuous improvement
Provide transparent communication on delivery status, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders
Key Requirements
5 plus years of experience managing delivery of web, mobile, and backend software initiatives
Experience delivering React based web applications and React Native mobile apps for iOS and Android
Strong experience working with REST and GraphQL APIs and microservices architectures
Experience delivering solutions in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Proven experience working in Agile or Scrum environments with cross functional teams
Strong understanding of application architecture, CI CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure concepts
Ability to translate technical requirements into clear delivery plans and drive execution through influence
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem solving skills with a proactive mindset

This role is onsite four days per week
Contract to hire opportunity with an initial duration of 6 to 9 months
