Technical Delivery Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Delivery Lead with 8–10 years of experience in Service Virtualization, Java-based API Development, and Technical Project Management. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with delivery oversight to drive enterprise application modernization, integration, and engineering initiatives.

This role combines hands-on technical leadership with delivery oversight to drive enterprise application modernization, integration, and engineering initiatives.
 
Requirements:

• Hands-on experience implementing Service Virtualization using SmartBear ReadyAPI.
• Strong proficiency in Java API Development.
• Experience in Technical Project Management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical execution across application development, architecture, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Manage technical dependencies, delivery milestones, risks, and critical issues.
• Coordinate distributed engineering teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
• Service Virtualization Leadership
• Design, develop, and maintain service virtualization solutions using SmartBear ReadyAPI and WireMock.
• Virtualize REST and SOAP APIs and downstream services to support parallel development and integration testing.
• Establish reusable virtualization patterns, standards, test data strategies, and governance practices.
• Provide technical leadership for Java-based REST APIs and microservices development.
• Review API designs, error handling, integration approaches, and engineering solutions.
