As a Technical Customer Service Specialist - Heat Exchangers, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting products that are essential to heating, cooling, industrial, and energy applications around the world.

You will support our Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger (GPHE) business, a key part of Danfoss Climate Solutions. GPHE technology enables highly efficient heat transfer, helping customers reduce energy consumption, improve system performance, and lower operating costs. These solutions are used across a wide range of industries, including HVAC, district energy, food and beverage, marine, and industrial processing.

By serving as the connection between customers, sales teams, engineering, and operations, you will help ensure projects move smoothly from order entry through delivery while building trusted, long-term customer relationships. You'll join a team supporting Danfoss' growing Heat Exchanger business, where innovation, sustainability, and customer partnership come together to address some of the world's most pressing energy challenges. You'll gain exposure to complex engineered products, global collaboration, and opportunities to deepen your technical and commercial expertise while contributing to solutions that help customers improve energy efficiency and reduce emissions.

Located at our Louisville, Kentucky facility, you will join a collaborative team focused on solving complex challenges, improving processes, and delivering value to customers every day.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage customer orders from entry through delivery, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and a seamless customer experience.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers by providing order updates, lead times, technical product information, and delivery status.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to align order requirements with production capacity and customer expectations.
• Maintain accurate product, order, and bill of material (BOM) data within ERP systems to support efficient execution and delivery.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and help strengthen work instructions and standard operating procedures to enhance service quality and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Experience supporting customers in a technical, manufacturing, industrial, or engineering-focused environment, preferably a degree in engineer or similar technical background.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder needs.
• Experience working with ERP systems and maintaining accurate order or product data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
