Nesco Resource is partnering with a well-established, global leader in the electronics industry to hire Technical Customer Service Representatives for its Hauppauge, NY location.

You don't need to be a technical expert to get started! We're looking for friendly, dependable individuals who enjoy helping people, are comfortable using computers, and are eager to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll assist customers with product questions, troubleshooting, and order support through phone, email, and live chat.

• Respond to incoming customer calls, emails, and live chat inquiries.

• Help customers with product information, basic troubleshooting, and order processing.

• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records using Zendesk.

• Work with teammates and other departments to resolve customer questions and concerns.

• Learn about different product lines through hands-on training and cross-training opportunities.

• Provide a positive, professional customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.

• Comfortable working with computers and learning new technology.

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, and data entry.

• Ability to work well with others in a team environment.

• Previous customer service experience is helpful, but not required.

• Experience with Zendesk or similar customer service software is a plus.

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a strong plus.
