Technical & Corporate Sourcer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Sourcer to support recruitment efforts by identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent across a variety of professional, corporate, and technical positions. This role partners closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines, support hiring initiatives, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. This is a great opportunity located in Rosemont, IL.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates, including passive talent, across competitive labor markets.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, job boards, and networking tools to generate candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct candidate outreach through email, InMail, phone, and other communication channels to build interest and assess potential fit.
  • Review resumes and candidate profiles, evaluating qualifications, experience, technical skills, and certifications against position requirements.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and recruitment logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and organized talent pipelines within the applicant tracking system.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities, develop sourcing strategies, and align on target candidate profiles.
  • Provide talent market insights, sourcing recommendations, and competitive intelligence to support recruiting decisions and workforce planning.
  • Participate in intake meetings, hiring strategy discussions, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Support additional recruiting and talent acquisition activities as needed.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing technical talent, including IT, cybersecurity, engineering, and other specialized skill sets.
  • Experience recruiting for corporate and professional positions across multiple business functions.
  • Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, candidate search techniques, and talent sourcing tools.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems and maintaining candidate data.
  • Strong resume review, candidate assessment, and screening capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience supporting agency or corporate recruiting environments and familiarity with systems such as iCIMS is a plus.

  • Pay $28-$38 an hour, depending on experience
