Internship/Position Summary:
The Technical Consultant Intern will assist the Technical Consultants department in various customer projects and support routine operations involving various Mobile Network Operator, OEMs and eSim products.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Help with TC team Projects, CRs etc Data Collection and processing in meaningful reports
- Supporting G+D Cloud products management and enhancement of documentation
- Basic troubleshooting on customer projects under TC observation.
- Add features/enhance to G+D IoT Device code for customers.
- Develop requirements documents and specifications for software applications
- Help to migrate and maintain documentation in Confluence - Product config, Customer Data
- Other projects as assigned

Requirements Qualifications and Skills:
- Current college students accepted in Bachelor's or Master's degree program (but not yet completed). Prefer major in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering or software engineering. Prefer 2 years of study completed.
- Knowledge of programming languages.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge of Confluence , JIRA is a plus
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently, ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
Working towards a Bachelors degree in:
- Computer science or electrical engineering
The pay for this position is $20/hr. This position is considered temporary and is not eligible for company provided benefits.
