Hands on experience supporting Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, PECI)
Strong understanding of Workday inbound/outbound data flows
Experience in production support and incident management
Ability to analyze logs, error messages, and data exceptions
Working knowledge of security, data privacy, and access controls
Good communication skills to coordinate with functional teams and L3 partners
Role Summary
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 integration support for Workday, ensuring reliable operation of inbound and outbound integrations and timely resolution of integration related issues.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and support Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio support only)
Perform triage and troubleshooting of integration and batch job failures
Coordinate integration re runs, data corrections, and incident resolution
Validate data flows between Workday and downstream/upstream systems
Support UAT, regression testing, and release validation for integrations
Maintain integration runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation
